For help with an issue, it is useful to include:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • The Setfolk version shown in the app’s settings.
  • What happened and the steps that led to it.
  • A screenshot, if helpful, with private information removed.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary health information.

How do I change my workout plan?

Open your program to edit or refresh your plan. You can update your training days, session length, and available equipment in Workout preferences. The free version allows three plan refreshes per day; Premium removes that limit.

How do I restore Premium?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases on the paywall or in the app’s membership settings. If it does not restore, contact us with the message shown in the app. Do not send payment-card details.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Setfolk, then select the cancellation option. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. See Apple’s instructions for more help.

How do I export or delete my data?

Use the data controls in the app’s Settings/Profile screen to export records, reset progress, or erase local app data. Save an export before deleting information you want to keep. The current app stores these records locally, so our support team cannot retrieve deleted logs.

Why can’t I find a barcode?

Barcode lookup uses Open Food Facts, and not every product is included. Try searching the built-in food list or adding a custom food using the product’s nutrition label. An internet connection is needed for a new barcode lookup.

Why are my steps or notifications unavailable?

Check the permissions for Setfolk in iPhone Settings. Motion access is needed for step counting, and notifications must be enabled if you want reminders. Device capabilities and system restrictions can also affect these features.
